Home Health Physical Therapist (Contract – Temp to Perm Available)
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a highly respected healthcare facility in Westwood, MA that is actively seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to join their team on a 13‑week contract, with temp‑to‑perm potential.
Position Details:
- Role: Home Health Physical Therapist
- Location: Westwood, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks (temp to perm available)
- Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift
- Facility hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available (full‑time or part‑time options)
- Shifts may flex to 8:00 PM end time if needed
- No weekends or holidays
- No 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts
Contract Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license in hand by start date
- If not yet licensed, there is a 6–8 week turnaround, and reimbursement is available
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health Physical Therapy experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition (per state and organizational requirements)
Compensation:
- $80/hour (local candidates)
- $3,282/week (travel package)
