Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
 

Job Title -Travel Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Type: Contract

Location- Orlando, FL 

Shift:  Monday–Friday,  8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay - $36 to $41/ hr on W2 for Local
$1840/ week for TRAVEL 

Mileage Reimbursement - Yes 

Coverage Areas

• Orange County

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and strength
• Conduct routine patient visits and document care accurately and efficiently
• Support patient rehabilitation through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist
• Complete documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Assist with OASIS-related documentation as required
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and care plans
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies

Required Qualifications:

• Previous Home Health experience
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong patient interaction and communication skills
• Ability to manage a flexible daily schedule and travel between patient homes
• Detail-oriented with accurate clinical documentation skills
• Adaptability in diverse home care environments
