Description
Per diem RN needed to provide coverage at Gundersen Tweeten Care Center (Spring Grove, MN) and Gundersen Harmony Care Center (Harmony, MN), with required floating between both locations (approximately 25 miles apart). This role involves working 8 or 12-hour shifts, primarily 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM, with variable scheduling based on facility needs.
The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a 43-bed long-term care setting, including medication administration, treatments, and care coordination. Nurses are expected to work independently, manage assigned duties efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
This is a per diem position with no guaranteed hours. Weekend and holiday availability is required as needed. There is no on-call requirement. The contract runs through the end of the current calendar year, with an ASAP start date.
