Location: Santa Monica, CA

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days 5x8 (8:00a–4:30p)

Setting: Acute Care Hospital Case Management

Hard Stops / Must-Haves

CA RN license (posting notes pending may be accepted, but Tier notes say in hand—verify before submit)
2 years acute hospital inpatient Case Management (hard stop)
Experience must be current within the last 6 months (hard stop)
Epic required
InterQual knowledge required (hard stop)
Acute inpatient case management only - non-acute/discharge planner only backgrounds likely won’t pass

Core Experience Required

Must have strong experience in:

Care Coordination
Admission Reviews / Utilization Review
Discharge Planning
InterQual Criteria
Prior Authorizations
DME coordination
HMO/IPA navigation
Needs assessment / plan of care

Schedule / Coverage

Every other weekend component
At least 2 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Caseload up to 20–22 patients
Ratio approx 1:20
