Shift: 4x12/NIGHTS, LPN MUST HAVE CHARGE EXPERIENCE,
Must have recent LTC experience of 1-2 years within the last 2 years going back from today's date.
Length: 13 weeks, GT: 48, Start: 6/3/26, facility typically interviews and is more than willing to share housing recommendations in the area.
