Description
🫀 1:2 ratios | Magnet/Teaching facility
🫀 Must have strong CVICU experience w/ open heart recovery (CABG, MVR, AVR, TAVR)
🫀 Required skills: PA catheter interpretation, Impella, IABP, LVAD/RVAD
🫀 Preferred: ECMO & CRRT (Prismaflex), vents, hemodynamic monitoring, temp pacers
📌 Requirements:
✔️ 2+ years CVICU experience
✔️ ACLS & BLS required
❌ No first-time travelers
❌ No locals (100-mile radius)
✔️ Floating required (CVICU, Med/Surg ICU, Neuro ICU)
✔️ Every other weekend
