Travel RN – PCU / Telemetry (Night Shift)

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: May 17, 2026
• End Date: August 15, 2026
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: 3x12s
• Job Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Open Positions: 1

Unit Information:

• 34-bed Cardiac PCU / Telemetry Stroke Overflow Unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 (occasionally 1:5)
• High-acuity cardiac patient population
• Must be comfortable managing cardiac drips

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for patients in a progressive care / telemetry setting
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications including cardiac drips
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
• Float to similar units as required

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Recent Epic experience (within 1 year – must be on resume)
• Must be willing to float

Certifications (Required):

• ACLS
• BLS
• NIH Stroke Certification

Important Submission Requirements

• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted upfront
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed (more will be automatically rejected)
• No block scheduling requests accepted
• Must hold a nursing degree accredited by ACEN or CCNE

Dress Code

• Solid black scrubs required
