Description
IR Tech - Interventional Radiology (L1 Trauma)
Role: Provide sterile procedural/radiologic support for non-cardiac IR cases (thrombectomies, stents, biopsies, lines, embolizations); moderate sedation monitoring; Epic documentation; equipment troubleshooting/stock.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ months related exp + Level 1 Trauma exp.
- ARRT(R), AHA BLS.
- Moderate sedation knowledge, cath/equipment expertise.
Nice-to-Have:
- Epic exp.
Key Duties:
- Scrub/assist physicians; image processing (3D recon, US guidance).
- Patient care/pre-post proc; informed consent; universal protocol.
- On-call rotation; mentor new staff.
Support: Multidisciplinary team; aseptic maintenance; process improvement.
