Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist – Evening Shift
Location: The Dalles, OR
Facility: Adventist Health Columbia Gorge
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Evening shift, 4x10s | 40 hrs/week
Overview:
Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, a 49‑bed community hospital, is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist/MLS to support evening laboratory operations. The role performs a wide range of clinical testing and ensures accurate, timely reporting of results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- ASCP or AMT (MT‑AMT) certification required
- Clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Evening shift availability
- Ability to take call
Key Skills:
- Chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood bank, microbiology, molecular, and rapid testing
- LIS experience with Epic Beaker preferred
- Instrument experience should be listed at submission
