Additional details of the contract are below: Position:  Cath Lab Technologist     Location:  Glenview, IL Pay Rate (Local): $84 per hour Total Travel Package: $3,718.00/week *Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*<ul><li>Taxable Wages = $1,660.00/week</li><li>Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,414.00/week</li><li>Weekly Meals &amp; Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week</li></ul>  Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $3,303.00 Schedule:<ul><li>40 hours/week (4x10s)</li><li>7:00AM to 5:30PM</li><li>Call required: 2-3 days per week, every third weekend</li></ul>Duration:<ul><li>10 Weeks (Likely Extension)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ Years of Cath Lab and EP experience</li><li>ARRT, IEMA, ACLS &amp; BLS</li><li>ASAP Start</li></ul>
