🫁 Respiratory Therapist – Adult
📍 Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights
- Schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours/Week: 36

- 885 Licensed Beds
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Academic Teaching Hospital
- Certified Chest Pain & Stroke Center
- 📍 1 Medical Center Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27157
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of critical care respiratory therapy experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- NC State License required
- RRT, BLS, ACLS required
Skills & Experience
- Strong critical care background required
- Experience in Level 1 Trauma / high-acuity settings (preferred)
- Equipment experience preferred:
- Servo U / Servo Air
- The Vest, Volara
- Aerogen
- Heated High Flow
- Cough Assist
- HFJV / HFOV (preferred for pediatrics exposure)
Patient Population
- Post-surgical
- Pneumonia
- COPD
- Asthma
- Emergency Department patients
- Assignments based on ICU or Med/Surg needs
Department Support
- Lead Therapists (Adult & Pediatric)
- Strong team-oriented environment
🗓️ Schedule & Work Conditions
- Every other weekend rotation
- No on-call
- No floating (assigned based on experience)
- Schedule cycle: Every 6 weeks
