Travel Cath Lab / Radiology Tech (ARRT) – Day Shift
Schedule: 4x10-Hour Days (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Shift times may vary slightly based on department needs
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab / Radiology Tech to support a high-acuity cardiac procedural unit. This role involves working closely with the care team in both the procedure room and pre/post holding areas, assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
Patient Ratios
- Procedure Room: 1:1
- Prep/Hold: 1:3–4
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Operate radiologic equipment in a cath lab setting
- Support patient care in both procedural and prep/recovery phases
- Maintain a sterile and safe procedural environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Cath Lab or relevant acute setting)
- ARRT certification required
- Active Kentucky Radiation License
- May submit with license pending; must be active by start date
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Impella experience preferred
- Experience with cardiac procedures strongly preferred
