Description

Shift: Nights (18:45 – 07:15), 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed).
Location: Memorial Belleville / Memorial East Shiloh (Floating required between campuses).
Ratios & Scope: 1:5-6 on Telemetry. You must be able to assist with bedside procedures (line insertions, thoracentesis) and manage cardiac drips.
Requirements: 1 year of experience; ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications. No pending licenses; first-timers are welcome.
Scheduling: Every other weekend required. No block scheduling and no on-call.
Time Off: Maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract.
Locals: Not accepted (75-mile radius rule applies).
Facility Info: Magnet-designated acute care hospital; 222 beds; EPIC charting; Navy Blue scrubs; free parking.
