Title: Dialysis Trainer Registered Nurse
Initial 13 weeks of PAID TRAINING at your nearest Home Address.
After Training, you will get an AMAZING Travel Pay Package along with $400 BONUS above your pay package if you are scheduled in an expensive city.
You will be deployed to different states informing you in advance after every 3-4 weeks.

12 months or more of Recent Dialysis experience required
Pay Rate is all inclusive and traveller is responsible for scheduling and paying for all travel expenses, accommodation, car, etc. Candidate has to be able to go from site to site every 2-3 weeks at their own expense.

- Support the training and education of employees on the new 5008X dialysis machine.
- Exclusive and renewable 50-week contract.
- Extensive paid training to prepare you for the assignment.
- You will be at each deployment location for roughly three weeks to train and educate employees on the new machine.
- Once that deployment is complete you will be assigned another location for another three-week deployment.
- Assignment schedules will be available 3 months in advance.
- On this assignment you will not be providing direct patient care. This is specifically a training and education assignment.
- You will work as part of a team at each clinic deployment.
- You will have one manager over the length of the contract who will be your point of contact for anything you need or questions you have.
- 40 hours each week.
- Schedule will vary by assignment location.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
- Supports the training and education of employees for the Client 5008X machine
- Deployment for company facilities and programs as assigned.
- Delivers standardized, competency-based training and development for 5008X machines to promote quality patient care, and achieve area, regional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives & goals.
- This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Clinical Education Supervisor.
- Adheres to standards and scope of nursing practice, company policy, procedures, compliance, regulatory, legal, and ethical, requirements.
- Focuses all programs towards achieving a culture of patient safety, clinical quality goals, and improving patient outcomes, using company and industry guidelines and standards.
- Develops competency and skills to educate personnel in the use of the 5008X machine in the delivery of safe patient care.
- Collaborates with relevant partners at all levels to schedule, provide, and implement 5008X machine education programs, technologies, and processes for new and current personnel.
- Utilizes appropriate educational venues and generational learning techniques to deliver, support, and evaluate training.
- Partners in the implementation of 5008X action plans through to resolution, as appropriate.
- Uses facilitation techniques and the variety of tools and resources available to promote immersive, engaging learning experiences.
- Training of employees includes demonstration and oversight of direct patient care related activities.
- Develops and maintains open, effective, and timely communication with internal and external customers such as, but not limited to, company management and facility team, government agencies, physicians, hospitals, and contracted travel personnel.
- Demonstrates leadership competencies, excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, critical thinking, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision- making skills.
- Supports metric / KPI programs, with timely and complete data documentation, reporting, and ongoing quality improvement processes.
- Maintains knowledge of products, equipment, services, and strategies to support and train staff appropriately in all modalities.
