We are currently seeking 2 Registered Nurses (RNs) for a critical illness recovery hospital in Tallahassee, FL. This is a great opportunity to work in a specialized setting caring for medically complex patients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 3x12-hour shifts per week

Pay:

• $48.67/hour (competitive for the area)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in rehabilitation and discharge planning from admission
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and care team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
• Delegate and supervise support staff appropriately
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Active RN license (FL or compact)
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills
