Job details:
Location: Lacey, WA
Position: Oncology LPN - Out patient clinic
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start date: ASAP
Shift: Day - 07:00 - 17:30( 5x8's or 4x10's approved)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/wk.
Pay package*
Weekly Gross: $1770/wk.
Gross Hourly: $44.25/h
Breakdown*
Weekly Taxable Hourly: $17.15/h
Weekly Non-Taxable Hourly: $27.10/h
Requirements:
- BLS
- WA License
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- floating 3-4x per month to Aberdeen and Centralia as needed for coverage. LPN will primarily work at the Lacey location. Mileage will not be reimbursed.
