⏱️ Weekly Hours & Shift Breakdown

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift Type: Night Shift (NOC)
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts/week (12-hour shifts)

👉 Example Weekly Schedule:

• Week = 3 working days + 4 days off
• Total = 36 hours guaranteed (except orientation week)

⚠️ Important Hours Notes (Must Know)

• Low Census Policy:
  • Up to 36 hours per contract may be unbillable
  • You can be placed on-call during low census hours
  • If called in → minimum 2 hours callback pay
• Orientation Week:
  • Hours are NOT guaranteed
• Holidays:
  • Hours may vary if unit census is low/closed

🔁 Schedule Expectations

• 🗓️ Every other weekend required
• 🎉 Every other holiday required
• 🔄 Must be open to floating across inpatient units

📍 Eligibility Rule

• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

🧾 Key Requirements

• ✅ WI RN License
• ✅ BLS & ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• ✅ Pass EKG test (Week 1)
• ✅ 2+ years Tele/PCU/IMC experience
• ✅ 1+ year strong cardiac experience (ICU/Stepdown)
• ✅ Experience with Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro drips (mandatory)
• ✅ At least 1 completed travel assignment
• ✅ 1 year recent EPIC charting

• 44-bed Cardiac Stepdown Unit
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• High-acuity cases: CABG, CHF, MI, cath lab recovery, arrhythmias, etc.
• Fast-paced, high turnover environment
