Local Radiation Therapist | 40 Hours/week | $79/hour
Reference: AN-1624
Role: Radiation Therapist
Location: Rockford, Illinois, 61104
Contract Duration: 13-week contract with a possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 40 hours work/week
Shift: 8 Hours Day, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, no weekends OR Call
Qualifications
• Graduate of an approved school of Radiation Therapy Technology program. Required
Licenses & Certifications
• Current license from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and current certification (or eligible for certification) in Radiation Therapy from the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT). Required
Description
• Radiation Therapist 64-68 Patients a day, two treatment units at the cancer center.
• Need to work independently and multi-task.
• Experience in mid-large hospitals equipment: 2 linear accelerators (Varian TrueBeam and Varian EDGE) ARIA record and verify, upgrading to v18.1 at the end of the month
• Clinic hours: (5x8x), Monday - Friday, shifts vary 8:00am - 5:30pm, no weekends or call, 4X10- potential
