Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Morristown NJ
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide patient assessments and therapy services in a home care setting. The role focuses on improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive function while supporting patient independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess swallowing, speech, and cognitive abilities
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide therapy for communication and safe swallowing
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Perform discharge planning and case management
Travel to patient homes for care delivery

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active New Jersey SLP License
Minimum 1 year experience (acute, subacute, or home care)
Strong communication and patient care skills
