BLS required

Experience and Skills Required or Preferred:

Preferred, 1-2 years of acute care experience. Including assessing varying levels of malnutrition, completing nutrition-focused physical exams, calculating & determining nutritional needs for both enteral and parental nutrition support.

EMR: EPIC

Shifts/Hours/On call requirements: 8 hour shifts, are primarily day shift, with rotating every 5th or 6th weekend coverage and occasional evening hours

Floating: NA

Education requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; with a fifth year internship completed with an accredited institution, or have completed a Coordinated Undergraduate Program in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Certifications/Licensure requirements:

Registration Eligible with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required.

Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required within 6 months of hire date.

Licensed Dietician by the State of Indiana required within 12 months of hire date. Within 6 months of Registration obtainment preferred
