Physical Therapist – Colorado (CO)

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient / inpatient / home health setting. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments, helping them restore mobility and improve overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active or eligible Colorado PT License
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• New graduates and experienced therapists welcome (based on facility)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient / orthopedic / neuro / pediatric / home health settings
• Certifications such as OCS, NCS, or other specialty credentials
• Experience with EMR systems
