Description

🩺 Job Summary (RN Role)

Provide comprehensive patient care using the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while collaborating closely with the healthcare team.

Deliver high-quality care to Adolescent & Adult Females, and Neonates
Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and care teams
Ensure professional nursing standards and patient-centered care at all times
EMR: Cerner experience required | Epic preferred (transitioning to Epic on 06/06/2026)

⏰ Weekly Hours & Schedule

Guaranteed Hours: 36–40 hours per week
Shift Structure: Typically 3x12s or 4x10s (depending on unit needs)
Overtime: Possible based on census

📞 On-Call Expectation

No fixed call rotation
May be placed on-call during low census periods
If called in, must be able to arrive within 1 hour
