Description
• Specialty: L & D
• Shift: Nights 7:00 pm – 7:30 am 3 (or 4) x 12’s
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 / 48
• Weekend Hours: Rotating
• Call Requirements:
• Required Certifications: BLS and NRP, EFM training & Int AWHONN FHM preferred
• Years of Experience: 2+ min in recent acute care setting with caring for 2 patients
• Float Requirements: customary within scope as needed

• Patient Ratios: 2 patients - L&B 3-4 patients on Antepartum L&B
• Equipment:
• EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: exp in team based high acuity environment, comfortable with 2 patients, good problem-solving skills, fetal monitoring, OB emergencies & rapid response, independently managing laboring patients including high risk, excellent communication, critical thinking, time mgmt
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Two years of current inpatient, acute care hospital experience.

• Personality Fit: Work well in team environment but also work independently
