Description

📌 Job Summary (RN – Med/Surg Telemetry)

Start Date: May 18, 2026 (Hard Start)
End Date: July 12, 2026 (Extension possible based on unit needs)
EMR Requirement: Must have experience with Cerner & Epic

⏰ Schedule & Weekly Hours

Shift: 12-hour shifts
Hours/Week: 36 hours guaranteed (3 shifts/week)
On-Call: Occasional (only during low census)
- Must be able to report within 1 hour if called in

📚 Important Requirement (Pre-Assignment)

Must self-study Telemetry strips before starting
Dysrhythmia test in the first week
- ✅ Must pass to continue on the assignment

Deliver patient care using full nursing process (assessment → evaluation)
