Schedule: M-F 8am-430pm

Required: 1+ yrs Home Health experience, hospice highly preferred. HCHB and Pointcare utilization. Active/clear RN license in CT (or compact), BLS (AHA). Good driving record. Driver's license, Motor Vehicle Report, Auto Insurance, and fingerprinting will be required onboarding items prior to start.
