Description

• Shift: Days (3x12s) 7am – 7pm
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

ALL CONTINGENCY REQUESTS MUST BE ON THE SUBMISSION FORM

• Weekend Hours: Only if needed and would be 7a-7p
• Call Requirements: One night a week 7p-7a
• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

• Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only

• Preferred Certifications: ACLS from AHA only
• Years of Experience: 1 year or more of acute dialysis experience and peritoneal dialysis
• Float Requirements: as needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 6 bay dialysis unit and we also go to ICU and beside for isolation patients
• Patient Ratios: In dialysis unit 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity, Bedside is 1:1
• Equipment: TABLO dialysis machines and Baxter Home Choice for peritoneal
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year or more of acute dialysis experience and peritoneal dialysis
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Type of Patients on Unit:
• Personality Fit: Works well in small groups and independently.  Must be flexible due to fluctuating census.
