Details of Assignment:
Responding to crisis calls in the community at local hospitals, schools (out of county), and in the community with law enforcement present. Collaborating with community partners for least restrictive care outcome. Doing daily follow up calls to assess risk level for additional community support and provide linkage to community resources for mental health stability. Documenting assessments and follow up calls (TARP NOTE) style in EHR. Daily office task on downtime for building support. Able to remain calm in stressful situations, crisis de-escalation skills desirable. Able to drive to and respond to remote locations including hospitals, homes, schools and work collaboratively with law enforcement. Work independently, psychological resilience, monthly supervision-4 hours required.
