Description
Physical Therapist; 1 year home health experience REQUIRED; 1st time traveler OK. Floating to cover Oahu, Kauai, and/or Big Island may be occasionally required (all expenses paid).
MatrixCare documentation; productivity requirement of 25 units per week; scrubs (any color) and closed-toed shoes.
Certifications REQUIRED: BLS (AHA), HI License (license pending will be considered, but application must be in progress at time of submission)
