💰 Pay & Schedule Breakdown

💵 Travel Rate: (Based on qualification & distance)
⏰ Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
🕒 Shift Options (3×12s):
- 🌞 Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 🌙 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🗓 Orientation: Every Monday
🔁 Weekend Rotation: Shared

Department: Labor & Delivery / Postpartum (LDRP Model)

👶 Mother-baby care (same nurse assigned)
🩺 Float to: Special Care Nursery

📋 Requirements

✅ Experience: 1+ year (L&D required)
📜 Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN (required before start)
📌 Skills:
- Antepartum / Intrapartum / Postpartum
- C-Sections (circulating)
- Hemorrhage management, inductions

🧾 Important Compliance (New Mexico)

Fingerprinting required via NM DOH before start
⏳ Can begin on 14-day waiver (with supervision)
