End Date: August 15, 2026

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry to join our team at Barberton Campus in Ohio. This is a long-term assignment requiring strong clinical skills in managing high-acuity patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to PCU/Telemetry patients with complex medical conditions
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Ohio or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/Telemetry experience
• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
