Description

Surg Tech: First Assist 

Facility Name: HRMC 

Location Address: 101 Civic Center Lane, Lake Havasu City, Arizona 86403
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Tech
• Specialty: CST OR First Assist 
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 6:00a-2:30p
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Covered with a call team consisting of a RN, CSTFA & CST
• Call Requirements: depends on number of staff (e.g. 10 staff and 30 days in the month = 3 days of cal
• Required Certifications:
• Years of Experience: 1 -2
• Float Requirements: may be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility
• Patient Ratios: anywhere from 10 to 25 cases a day (total joints (starting up MAKO robotics knees & Hips), spine Ortho & Neuro,  crani’s, robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, Urology, General Surgery and plastics)
• Equipment: XI DaVinci experience

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Certified surgical tech with experience in total knee's, hips, shoulder, Spine experience and XI DaVinci experience.
