Med Surg/Telemetry RN – Days | AUTO OFFER | Cleveland Clinic

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for an AUTO OFFER contract at Cleveland Clinic – Marymount Hospital (Garfield Heights, OH). This is a fast-track opportunity with strict submission requirements.

Shift Details:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Options: 2x12, 3x12 (36 hrs), or 4x12
• Contract Start: 05/27/2026

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

• Active Ohio RN License OR Compact License (in hand)
• Minimum 18 months recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Must have 18 months PERMANENT MS/Tele experience BEFORE travel
• AHA BLS & ACLS (active, no pending)
• NIHSS (must obtain before start)

References (STRICT):

• TWO recent manager/supervisor references REQUIRED
  • (Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Director ONLY)
  • Must be from assignments in last 12 months
  • No coworker references

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass during orientation (2 attempts only):
  • ECG Rhythm Recognition Test
  • SafeMedicate Exam
• Background: No open cases / no license hits accepted
• Timekeeping: Qualivis – Lotus

Important Notes:

• All RTO & schedule MUST be finalized at submission (no changes after offer)
• Travelers can only be submitted to one Cleveland Clinic role at a time
• Locals accepted at same bill rate
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing
