Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
• Active OT license (South Dakota or willing to obtain)
• Strong skills in ADL/IADL training, functional mobility, cognitive retraining, and care planning
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
• Reliable, professional, and committed to completing the full 13‑week contract
