Description
Travel RN – IMC / PCCU | Johns Hopkins Hospital | Nights
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Care / Progressive Care RN for a high-acuity adult cardiac/medical unit at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Schedule:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 12-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
Unit:
PCCU Bloom 5 South IMC Level Care – Adults
Large teaching hospital with multiple levels of care.
Patient Population:
- Adult medical/cardiac patients
- Telemetry & IMC patients
- Continuous vital sign monitoring
- Advanced monitoring
- Tracheostomies
- Arterial lines
- Ventilator patients
- Titrating drips (Nitro, Insulin, Heparin)
- Provider-managed pressors/inotropes
Ratios:
- IMC: 1:3
- Tele Days: 1:4
- Tele Nights: 1:5
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- 2+ years nursing experience
- Strong current IMC experience
- Dysrhythmia management
- BLS
- At least 2 prior travel assignments
