Nurse Manager – Cath Lab & ICU | Travel RN

📍 Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8 Hour Days + Call as Needed
📅 13-Week Contract | 40 Hours/Week

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments in an acute care hospital setting. Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and team-building skills required.

Requirements:

✔️ 1+ year Nurse Management experience
✔️ 1+ year Clinical Leadership experience
✔️ 3+ years RN experience
✔️ Active RN License
✔️ ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, RCIS, TNCC required
✔️ Critical Care / Telemetry background preferred

Unit Overview:

• Cath Lab: 1 room / 3 pre-post bays
• ICU: 8 beds
• ICU Ratios: 1:2 to 1:3 depending on acuity

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Cath Lab & ICU
• Support staff development and nursing competency
• Ensure patient safety and quality care
• Assist with scheduling, workflow, and culture building
• Participate in call rotation, weekends & holidays as needed

Skills Needed:

• Vasoactive drips, sedation, critical care monitoring
• Cath Lab procedures support
• Leadership in fast-paced acute care setting
• EPIC EMR preferred
