2–3 years First Assist experience
Experience in a full‑service operating room (all service lines)
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and resilience
Travel experience strongly encouraged

Required Certifications

BLS
CSFA required
- AST or NBSTSA preferred

Primary: Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital (75‑bed hospital) Float (like units): Waukesha Memorial Mukwonago Shift: 10‑hour days (06:30–17:00) Must be able to flex until 19:00 Weekends/Holidays: As needed Call required: Every 4th weekend Approximately 1 overnight/week Job ID #18217411

Very responsive, follows up. I have had to deal with compliance, HR questions etc and if the person I spoke with did not know the answer they sent it to whoever they thought could answer my questions and my questions or concerns were followed up on! This has been my first travel contract but I can’t say anything bad thus far!!! I definitely would recommend this company
