Description
Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point)
Requirements:
1 year experience required,
Must have home health experience;
Must have valid driver's license and car to make home visits.
Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file.
