$80,601.50-$111,623.00 annually

Overview:
The RN provides outpatient clinical care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include patient triage, assisting providers, supervising LVNs and Medical Assistants, administering medications, performing diagnostic and point‑of‑care testing, and supporting efficient patient flow in a multidisciplinary clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Triage scheduled and unscheduled patients
Supervise LVNs and Medical Assistants
Assist with exams, procedures, and minor surgeries
Administer medications and oversee treatments
Perform and supervise lab specimen collection and POC testing
Provide patient education and care coordination
Document all care in the electronic health record

 

Requirements

Active California RN license
Minimum 1 year ambulatory/outpatient experience
Current CPR (ACLS preferred)
Valid CA driver’s license and insurable driving record
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
