Job Details
- Float within specialty as needed
- No call required
- Holiday coverage required
- RTO accepted
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive patient assessments
- Medication administration
- IV therapy
- Bowel care and dressing changes
- Admissions, discharges, and transfers
- EMR documentation
- Emergency response
- Care coordination with rehab teams
- Support daily living activities and patient independence
Experience Preferred
- Acute and chronic spinal cord injury care
- Short-term and long-term inpatient rehab settings
- Respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurologic complication management
- Functional recovery and rehabilitation support
- Patient/family education
- Discharge planning and psychosocial support
- Long-term complication prevention
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in specialty area (within last 3 years)
- Rehab or complex inpatient experience preferred
Required Certifications
✔️ Active RN License
