Job Details
- Float within specialty as needed
- No call required
- Holiday coverage required
- RTO accepted
Responsibilities
- Triage and patient assessments
- Medication administration
- IV therapy
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with procedures and emergency response
- Admissions, discharges, and transfers
- EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Clinical Skills Preferred
- IV starts and medication safety
- Wound care
- Catheter management
- EKG interpretation
- Defibrillator and cardiac monitor use
- Rapid recognition of patient decline
- Fast-paced emergency care experience
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years recent ER RN experience (within last 3 years)
- High-acuity emergency department experience preferred
Required Certifications
