Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with established standards of practice defined by the State Board of Nursing. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to support optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Continuously collect and assess patient health data to monitor and evaluate health status.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Deliver therapeutic and restorative care to promote patient well-being.
• Perform delegated medical functions within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Refer patients for further evaluation or specialized treatment when necessary.
• Review and monitor ongoing therapy and treatment plans for effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Utilize available resources efficiently to provide quality care.
• Support and promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Adhere to service and behavioral standards at all times.
• Float to other departments as required, based on skills and organizational needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
  Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license as per State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and patient needs.
