Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic clinical team providing respiratory care services in an acute care hospital setting. This role involves working with patients across all age groups and supporting critical respiratory interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies
- Operate and manage ventilators and oxygen delivery systems
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active RRT Certification
- Valid state license (Oklahoma or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience (preferred)
- Strong experience in acute care settings
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ventilators and critical care patients
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
