- Weekend Requirements: As needed based on clinic coverage
- Floating: Required to assist at other clinic locations if needed
- Holiday Coverage: Required (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day – paid at adjusted rate)
- EMR System: Cerner
Certifications Required
- Active LPN/LVN License (Must be current)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS Preferred/As Required by Facility
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience
- Clinic Experience Required (Preferred: Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or similar outpatient settings)
