- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote MUST HAVE Trauma and Neuro Experience! Unit OR RN - PEN # Suites 16 Average # of cases per day 30 Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS Common Cases General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics Experience or 'Must have' skills Trauma and Neruo experience Scrubbing required - RN's No Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Charge nurse experience preferred, but there will be a charge and house soup on shift OR techs 2 on shift EMR Epic Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling? shifts of: 0630-1900 or 0900-2130 Weeknight/Call Requirements None Weekend/Call Requirements None Holiday/Call Requirements Depending on contract, 4th of July preferred What is call response time? N/A Floating Requirements None; If an extreme need could float within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, STM Scrub Color/Dress Code Scrubs provided Unit/Department specific orientation Yes
