A traveler‑friendly facility in Winchester, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment beginning 5/18. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Active Massachusetts PT license or Compact PT license
- BLS (AHA)
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
- Proficient in documentation and EMR systems
- Knowledge of evidence‑based PT practices across orthopedic, neurological, and general rehab populations
Additional PT‑specific expectations:
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
- Develop and progress individualized treatment plans
- Provide gait training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (OT, SLP, nursing, case management)
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
