☢️ Job Description: Radiation Therapist – Traveler | Pittsfield, MA
✅ Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years Radiation Therapy experience
- Active ARRT certification via American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Active Massachusetts Radiology License (in hand at submission)
⚠️ Facility will NOT pend license - Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Must have own reliable vehicle
🔬 Core Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments and simulations
- Perform basic dosimetry functions and block fabrication
- Deliver treatments under supervision of Radiation Oncologist
- Manage daily treatment schedules on clinical equipment
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with:
- Physicians
- Nursing staff
- Front desk/reception
- Maintain and update procedure manuals
- Function effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
📄 Profile Submission Requirements (Strict)
All submissions must include:
- Complete work history
- Skills checklist (Radiation Therapist) — current within 1 year
- 1 supervisory reference (signed) — within last 2 years
- Permanent address (required for 50-mile rule)
- All RTO clearly listed

- ARRT Certification
- BLS (AHA)
