- Mid Range: $142,515/year
- Top Range: $168,692/year

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) OR Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist License in any U.S. State / Territory / DC
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Strong knowledge of medication safety, therapeutics, and pharmacy regulations

Pharmacist I
- New grads / entry-level welcome
Pharmacist II
- 1+ year pharmacist experience
Advanced Practice Pharmacist I
- 2+ years pharmacist experience
- 1+ year clinical pharmacist experience
Advanced Practice Pharmacist II
- 5+ years pharmacist experience
- 2+ years clinical pharmacist experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PGY1 Residency
- Oncology / Clinical Pharmacy experience
- Sterile compounding experience
- Bilingual skills a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and dispense medications accurately
- Review orders for dosing, allergies, interactions, and safety
- Counsel patients on medication use and compliance
- Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
- Manage specialty and chemotherapy medication plans
- Compound sterile / non-sterile medications as needed
- Maintain controlled substance compliance
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
