Compensation

• Starting Salary: $116,339/year
• Mid Range: $142,515/year
• Top Range: $168,692/year

Schedule

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) OR Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist License in any U.S. State / Territory / DC
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Strong knowledge of medication safety, therapeutics, and pharmacy regulations

Experience Levels Accepted

Pharmacist I

• New grads / entry-level welcome

Pharmacist II

• 1+ year pharmacist experience

Advanced Practice Pharmacist I

• 2+ years pharmacist experience
• 1+ year clinical pharmacist experience

Advanced Practice Pharmacist II

• 5+ years pharmacist experience
• 2+ years clinical pharmacist experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PGY1 Residency
• Oncology / Clinical Pharmacy experience
• Sterile compounding experience
• Bilingual skills a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense medications accurately
• Review orders for dosing, allergies, interactions, and safety
• Counsel patients on medication use and compliance
• Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
• Manage specialty and chemotherapy medication plans
• Compound sterile / non-sterile medications as needed
• Maintain controlled substance compliance
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
