Job Opportunity: RN Interventional Radiology

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology
• Shift: Days, 4 shifts per week, 9 hours each (06:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with a rotating day off
• Call: 12 days of call every 6 weeks (approximately every third weekend)
• Preferred Experience: Neuro experience preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Fit Test (specific to mask type)
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements)
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• COVID-19 vaccination proof (including booster by Sept 2025), or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• Influenza vaccine proof or approved declination/exemption for current flu season (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• Trinity-specific professional forms and background checks including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • I9 verification
  • Confidentiality and Security Agreement
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure
  • Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
  • Education Verification
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
  • GSA/OIG exclusion check
  • Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check
  • System Access Form completed one week before start

Additional Notes

• Agency will provide the Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors
• All certifications and license verifications must include scanned copies showing expiration dates and verification dates as applicable
• Neuro experience is preferred but not mandatory
