Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in an outpatient infusion setting. The RN will be responsible for administering a variety of infusion therapies, monitoring patients, and ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain IV access
• Administer IV medications and infusion therapies
• Perform peripheral and central line blood draws
• Monitor patients during and after infusions for any adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in starting IVs
• Experience with PICC lines, Midlines, and Port-a-Caths
• Ability to draw labs peripherally and from central lines
• Experience administering:
  • Antibiotics
  • IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin)
  • Blood transfusions
  • GI and Rheumatoid medications
  • Iron infusions and other specialty medications
• Ability to administer subcutaneous and intramuscular (IM) injections

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
