Pharmacist (Acute Care)
Shift Details:

40 hrs/week
8.5-hour shifts (including 30-min lunch)
5 days/week

Job Summary:

Seeking a Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, IV preparation, and patient care coordination in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and dispense medications accurately
Prepare IV medications and support sterile processing
Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards
Collaborate with healthcare teams on medication management
Maintain documentation within EMR systems

Requirements:
Active NY Pharmacist License (NYSED)
Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy
Experience with IV room, sterile processing, and dispensing systems preferred
EMR knowledge preferred
